Gratitude by definition is essentially being thankful for what you have. For me, it’s that feeling you get when you realized all is good and you feel so blessed in that moment.

Have you had that feeling? I dearly hope so. When you feel gratitude, you feel joy.

I haven’t always felt this gratitude in my life though. I struggled for awhile and had a hard time seeing all the things to be grateful for in my life.

Once I started realizing all the blessings in my life, I started to be happy. I’ve learned the more gratitude you have in your life the more happiness you will experience!
